- Payment terms: T/T 30% deposit after the order is confirmed, and 70% balance paid against the bill of lading. L/C and O/A terms are also available.
- Lead time: Normally 20-25 days after the deposit is received.
- Sample policy: Samples are always available for each model and can be prepared within 7-15 days upon payment.
- Shipping port: FOB main ports.

No, we do not enforce a strict MOQ. However, larger order volumes allow us to offer more competitive pricing. To optimize shipping and logistics costs, we generally recommend ordering quantities that fill at least one 20ft container (approximately 15 tons).

How is the tooling fee charged for custom mold configurations?
For production designs that require new tooling, the mold cost is charged before the initial order is processed. This tooling fee is eligible for a partial or full refund once the order volume reaches a specified quantity.
